This location loves to only have one open register with lots of customers waiting in line! The self check out registers are plenty and people are obligated to use those while one employee manages 10 or so check out registers.

Regular shoppers should stay away until reorganization is complete & staff informed. Kroger staff shoppers don't know where products have been moved to. No watermelons or Bananas. Walked out with only half my shopping done. Payment terminal crashed. Headed to Publix.

For some reason they are reorganizing the store. You
can't find anything!!! So frustrating. So many senior citizens were upset cause they had to do so much walking to find what they were looking for. They should have left things alone.

Writing regarding recent experience with the Kroger Pharmacy located in Maryville, Tennessee.
I was subjected to unfair treatment and an unjust reckless behavior, which has caused significant distress and inconvenience.
I had contacted the Kroger Pharmacy on three separate occasions via phone to inquire about the reason behind the refusal to fill my prescription. Unfortunately, each time I reached out, I met with evasive responses and was unable to obtain a satisfactory explanation for the decision taken by your pharmacy. Consequently, I decided to visit the pharmacy in person to seek clarification.
During the visit, I spoke with a junior male pharmacist who, without any legal authority or valid reason, insisted that he would not fill the prescribed medication unless I agreed to fill an unrelated medication?! It is important to note that this requirement is not only unfounded but also contrary to the principles of ethical and professional conduct expected from a licensed pharmacist and against state and federal law.
When I informed the pharmacist that I had transferred the unrelated medication to a different pharmacy, I was met with an inappropriate and unprofessional response. The pharmacist, seemingly hurt by my comment (I disliked the pharmacy and he was to sensitive to be a pharmacist) ,refused to refill the medication that had been prescribed by my doctor a full ten days earlier!
Denying a patient their prescribed medication based on personal feelings or perceived offenses goes against the fundamental duty of a pharmacist to prioritize their patients' well-being.
This conduct displayed by this pharmacy is not only unprofessional but also violates my rights as a patient. It is imperative that every customer stay away from this pharmacy until:
1. Kroger Executives takes appropriate disciplinary measures against the pharmacists involved in this incident, to adhere with professional standards and the safety of their customers.
2. Executives shut this location down to avoid harming customes with reckless behavior; by implementing necessary training programs and legal guidelines for this pharmacy staff to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, patient-centered care, and adherence to legal and ethical obligations.

Terrible customer service from cashier all the way to management. Multiple prices incorrect including coupons and price on shelve. The only way I would shop Kroger again is if I brought a marker and wrote the price on everything to make sure that they didn't cheat me. Honestly, they just don't care. Go to Publix he will be much happier with better prices accurate prices.
