I have been trying to view unsuccessfully my Fuel Rewards on my iPhone, Macbookand and Samsung Galaxy Z5 Flip Phone for Kroger for at least 6 months. Hours spent on the phone and chatting. They keep giving me "Lip Service" about fixing the problem but nothing ever changes.

Finally done with this store. The personal shoppers in the way of in-person customers was already annoying. Their attitude is usually "get out of my way, I have a job to do. Kroger's constantly trying to force people into the self check line is also very annoying. Final straw today was a very rude personal shopper. I politely asked a simple question and she was completely dismissive and rude. I really won't be back. Food Lion, Food City, and Publix off 140 is where I'll be shopping.

Terrible management two lines open and most of the self checkout closed. Waited 20 minutes to purchase two items on a Friday. Publix opens soon.

This Kroger is always out of the sale items. through krogers policy changes and politics they are making rain checks more and more difficult to use. I CANT WAIT UNTIL PUBLIX GETS HERE! over priced

Going from disappointing to worse. While shopping here today found only two manned checkout lanes open and one of four self service checkout aisles open. Lines wrapped back into the store. I can understand a shortage of staff to man the registers. Though I did see a cadre of managers huddled by the Starbuck's. But the self service lanes are self service. Why would you close them? Publix can't get to Foothills Mall soon enough.

Hard to get a bad review as a grocery store but with all the options in a town this size go elsewhere. Staff we dealt with twice on different visits was rude. App doesn't work half the time and only way to get sale prices. Store is pretty messy. Get there are supply shortages so not their fault basic items out of stock but otherwise things they should have under control aren't. Go to Walmart or Publix which will be opening soon nearby.

I took video of the Kroger but I can't download. It's clean, well stocked except spices, needs restocking. Meat , Seafood , Dellicatestion Sushi . Great wine choices. Fresh vegetables Fresh herbs it was out first time there, were are visiting from Texas, and we will definitely return!

Kroger is awful. The prices are a bit cheaper and they have fuel points but weather it's the horrible service or poor products it's not worth the frustration

I hadn't been to Kroger in over a week so my experience today wasn't what I expected. Kroger's response to Covid was very good. They used to have store employees sanitizing the carts. When I went in today, I discovered the carts are no longer being sanitized by store employees. There were some wipes sitting out but the wipes were completely dry. Who knows what I picked up on the cart. Also, I am completely aghast at the dozens of new doors that have been installed in the dairy and produce departments. I asked a store employee about this and he said they were installed to increase refrigeration. Huh? Kroger hasn't needed these doors before. So now, again, during a pandemic, we have to TOUCH door handles multiple times to pick up an item. The same store employee said that this absurd idea was from "Corporate". He also said that the doors have made his job much harder to stock items. This was an extremely idiotic idea. If something stupid happens somewhere, you can guarantee it's because of a ridiculous "Corporate" decision. I'm so disgusted that I will take my business elsewhere.

I like thes tore for being clean and the prices, choices are decent. What makes it not so good is the absolutely slow checknout everytime. Tons of customers with few registers open. Cashiers are usually very friendly but obviously overworked because of being short handed. No one is using self checkouts. I never will. Only way I would is if I receive an immediate 20-25% total discount on entire purchse. I dont work there so Im not scanning and bagging.

I really like shopping at Kroger Marketplace. I especially like the pick up and the delivery options for those times when life is just too hectic to shop. The store is organized and has many options. I also enjoy eating lunch there. The food selections are good and it is an easy option for on the go.
