Purchased a washer and dryer and had excellent customer service from Nancy and Sergio. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Would absolutely purchase other appliances in the future here. These two employees are assets to Home Depot.

I went to Home Depot this morning regarding my concern about electrical wires I’m trying to run. I talked to the electrician in Home Depot and I show him a couple of pictures what I’m trying to do. He was very rude. Told me that he cannot work off of a picture I’m assuming I have to go get the equipment and bring it to him so he could tell me exactly what to do. He had a really bad attitude. His name is Bill, I suggest that Home Depot need to hire people that knows what they’re doing so they could be able to help other people bill attitude towards customer is very very bad my visit today was 2/24/24. I will never come back to Home Depot again.

0-10 on this customer service of a broke appliance I had ordered . & now the experience as a card holder and a Pro xtra contractor seems like a joke .I was asked by Sergio why I did not order the appliance in Michigan & haul it 400 miles myself, since I live in Michigan and my quick answer to that is if the appliance delivery people would have done their job it would not be a problem where I purchased the appliancefrom . 2nd I drove my car not my truck3rd none of your business 4th I can keepGoingI drove from Michigan to Tennessee, and made my appointment for the delivery. I’m not the problem.It’s not a good look to put anything on the customer when it’s the delivery guys F up !!!??
