“The quinoa bowl was outstanding my only complaint would be the egg yolk looser would be amazing as a dressing over the rest. The pinwheel was excellent as well. Ruben on point. 4 people are and enjoyed everything.”
“It's easy to shop at a particular grocery store just because. Sometimes, maybe your parents shopped there or a special sale on a particular day. Now, think how many times you shopped at a particular store for a special and found the shelves empty. Now you need to go to another store and try again. You could just go to the Food Lioin the Brown's Creek shopping area. This Food Lion has just about any item at a very reasonable price that may be missing from the shelves at other stores. Just walk in, and the aroma of their 'ready to eat' foods in their kitchen area will make you hungry.”
“Good Lion is a great store! Reasonable prices friendly people. There is a concern about parking on the side of the building, it's treacherous when it's busy! People park next to the building and you can't get out of a parking space because people are parked too close! You can't get out of your space because there are people park next to the building when you pull out and we are so squeezed in that you can't turn your wheel right or left to navigate backing up! I wish the person who owned the property would change that! Otherwise, food Lion is a wonderful store! But I think there are too many people shopping there, and there is not enough product for everyone! That's been my experience.”

“I come here for the groceries I can’t find at the big box stores. They are super friendly and helpful to those unfamiliar with everything. I got to eat some tamales they had for sale during Christmas and they were delicious.”
“Great subs for a fair price. Good food selection if you need something that you can't find at Walmart or Kroger. Stuff is generally more expensive, but it is certainly a nice shopping experience.”
“Nice and clean grocery store. There are a few items here that are superior to any other chain in the area, and for those that are familiar with the area, there are several very close. I'm not saying this is my favorite store but it is definitely a go to for several items.”
“IV been going here for about 4 years know and I always get the best service here I drive from across town to come here because of that service always have what I need and it's always clean although they could use a ice for foundation drinks that would be super handy but over all great customer service from Frank and the outher staff that work ther keep up the good work”
“I'm always running to Food City. There is one spitting distance from work, and this one is 5 minutes from the house. Both are always clean and well stocked, and the employees are always polite and always ready to help you with anything you may need. I love the BOGOs and the weekends that they have the 24-pack of Mtn Dew for 8.99.”
“The owner (woman) is always so polite, kind, and courteous. I always have my 3 year old with me when I go here, and she has conversation with my daughter and is always extremely patient. She let's her "pay" for her things and prints an extra receipt just for her.”
“I Absolutely love this gas station! I usually go every day after work and play the quarter machine for at least 5 to 10 minutes. After a long 12 hour day at work believe it or not playing the quarter game is so relaxing and sometimes rewarding with real money!”

Dan also has a VERY UPBEAT PERSONALITY which is also very hard to find in this day in time. “Been with food city pharmacy for a few years. Everyone at this location has been absolutely wonderful to me! Growing up in Maryville this town has sure grown a lot in the last few years. I know a lot people that get frustrated but try to put yourself in there shoes there dealing with everyone's bad attitudes & rudeness that comes along with working in the public eye.. but it doesn't mean YOU the person has to be just everyone else be KIND as you never know what someone maybe going through to hold it together! “I find this a very good place to by fuel and a good place to catch some snacks and lunch items too. They have very clean restrooms and a friendly staff. They have easily accessible handicap entrances and sell diesel fuel as well.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!! I had to use the bathroom & walked in asked if there restroom was working the lady says there is 2 ahead of you I've only got 1 bathroom working the other 1 is down. I gave 5 stars because even though there was only 1 bathroom working it was the CLEANEST I've EVER SEEN!!!And I've been in a lot of dollar generals but none compared to this one. “My review below was when the male manager was at this store. I made a trip here today and Dollar General now has a lady named Gidget as the new store manager. I now give the store a 5 star rating, she is super friendly, a great personality and makes sure you are finding what you need. Thank you to the upper management for seeing this store needed someone like her to make a go at this location. I have made this store my go to store again because she treats you with respect!I used to like this store but they have changed the staff and they lost a customer today by not waiting on me. I actually went yesterday, the shelves were empty and the carts loaded with stock to put up were sitting all over the store in the aisles. No room to get down some of the aisles. Today I went to pick up 1 item, the boss was busy putting up stock, walked up and saw me at the counter but never offered to wait on me. I put my item back and made the commit they just lost a customer. They messed up when they lost those friendly ladies they did have there.”
“Always greeted as I am walking in! They take time to get to know their regular shoppers and make sure your needs are met quickly so you can get in and out when on your way to work! On the plus side they generally have the best gas and diesel prices in town!”

“Typical, busy Sat, few cashiers, they want an update....nope still the same. Not enough cashiers for the business .... however everyone is short staffed....but every employee I come across gas been very friendly and helpful”
