Rude employee! I showed up 45 minutes before close. Employee had already changed the sale tag to a new color, but didn't tell me until I asked why my total was double what it should have been. She wouldn't give me the price even though she'd let me shop with the bad info. Never going to this location again.

Why they don’t close this store????? NEVER open, door says 9am website says 9am and 9:30 still close EVERY SINGLE time I went there, totally inconsiderate to people who drive 1 hour to go there ?

I haven’t been to this location in a long time because you couldn’t really look bc everything thrown around and it was a mess. Me and my family decided to stop by today, and what a transformation this store has made. This store looks amazing and clean that is for sure. You can tell the employees that work there take pride in their work. And to the employees of goodwill in maryville, Thank you for cleaning this store up, you all have done a great job and your work is not going unnoticed!

I hadn't been here in years and decided to stop by. I was not impressed. I forgot how small this location is in comparison to the Alcoa store. The selection was just not there. A lot of gross, stained, old things. They price most clothes higher if they are a good "brand" name. And most of the clothes were priced like like that. Ridiculous when you got those donations for free. Also, there was hardly any organization with the sizes of clothes either.

The floor is nasty, and has price stickers on it that look like they've been there for months.The dressing rooms are 'temporarily unavailable'.They are supposed to open at 9:00, and they finally moseyed out and opened the door at 9:05.After I called.It's 30 freaking degrees out. Why go through every single item, struggling to find the size, when KARM graciously hangs a tag on each item,with the size prominently displayed?!I keep hoping Goodwill will get their act together, but someone would have to actually care, for that to happen.

I recently visited to make donations while cleaning out a family member's home. My first interaction was by phone - all of my questions were answered clearly and concisely. At each of a half dozen visits I was greeted warmly. I was treated with courtesy and respect. The shop was clean and organized. Kayla and Donna were wonderful. My donations were accepted graciously and with a genuine positive attitude despite the massive volume of work this was putting on staff. I can't recommend them enough. I wish this was my local Goodwill.

Why would you ask $6.99 for a shirt with stains on the front. I seen this several times here.. I understand the reason to mark up brands like polo or fancy brands but of the shirt has stains or a fuzzy collar.....I'll upload photos if ever go back.

No dressing rooms. Pretty dirty and seemed really ghetto. No idea why. I've never seen a Goodwill in this shape. Lady working seemed overwhelmed but she was very friendly. Will come again but it seemed like it was on it's last leg.
