blew a tire out after working all night they got me taken care of within 20 minutes after the call, when all the other towing companies wouldn't answer the phone. I left them cash in the driver seat and picked up a ride and when I returned to get the car at a local mechanic shop they left the change and paperwork in the seat for me, I appreciate the honest and hard work.

Had a flat tire off the tail of the dragon. James was dispatched by AAA to pick up my car and did a phenomenal job securing the car during a heavy downpour. I'm grateful of people like him for the attention to details and positive attitude. Five star service hands down.

When I was traveling through Alcoa after business hours & had a leaky tire, two men from FWS went above & beyond expectations by actually fixing my tire(not putting on a spare). They had me on my way in no time, & I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip! I highly recommend this company!

Breaking down is always an ordeal, but breaking down in the national park on the 4th of July is a nightmare. James was our savior. He was amazing. He got to us quick and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He helped salvage the day. Thank you!

Drivers here are not helpful and Duane is especially rude. AAA uses this wrecker service, but after today I am dropping my service with AAA and will never recommend this place to anyone. I recommend Butler's wrecker service they are especially helpful and the drivers are not rude. Wish I could give no stars to be honest.

10/10 recommend! I came off an airplane to a flat tire and my boyfriend had ordered AAA for me. In less than 20 minutes James Chandler was calling me telling me he was 8 minutes out. He got my tire off and we both saw there was a nail that had pierced my tire. Luckily, he had a plug kit! James plugged my tire up, put it back on my car and I was on my way home after a long day of flying! So thankful he was there to help me, especially since I live an hour away from the airport. Great service and will be using again if I get stuck in the area!

Called AAA for a tow service to come tow my car after starter went bad, they sent Billy from Foothills Wrecker Service. Billy was quick to call and let me know the time he would be there and made it there sooner, was very kind and helpful and this was the shortest amount of time I’ve ever waited for a wrecker using AAA, if I have to use them again I hope we get Billy again

This place makes money off towing the cars of people who park in the spots of bridgeway apartments. They ask no questions. I had a friend who works for the city fire dept stay with me one night because my dad died and they towed his car. He had THOUSANDS of dollars worth of CITY gear used to save lives in that car. When I went to pick it up and explained the circumstance, they simply stated that that’s their contract. Not a good way to run a business. Pretty terrible way to treat people!

This place makes money by prowling bridgeway apartments and towing the vehicles of their visitors who don't park in the very few guest spots they have! I had a friend who stayed ONE night with me because my dad passed away and they towed his car. He works for a local fire dept and all of his gear that he uses to save people's lives was in that car. We were forced to pay the over $200 fee to get it back as he had to work the next day and management was not available to speak to. After explaining the circumstances, we were met with a reply that simply stated that it was their contract to tow cars in that parking lot. What a terrible way to run a business! I sure wouldn't want to be known around a town like maryville as a crook who preys on those who are grieving and our city employees to make a quick buck.

Sydney was very knowledgeable, kind, understanding and helpful. He knew just what to do to get the truck and trailer out of the ditch and accomplished it perfectly. My experience was absolutely excellent! I highly recommend Foothills Wrecker Service.
