the reason for 3 stars is be the the upfront service is great but for the cold bar is another store there should be not problem getting service from an employee when there is only 2 customers needing something I was there needing some slaw and a lady in front of get wanting cheese but didn't know what she wanted and 4 other employee's just walking around not doing anything thing and could have come and ask me what I needed I had stand and wate 10 minutes for the only employee who was wanting to help customers too finish up on a cheese order next time I go find the manager and let them see if they can get the other employees on there feet that's not ok when people may be in a rush to get out of store and do other things they don't do that bs here in cleveland tn at these food cities they know they will be let go if they do . update do your self a favor and never give this place your hard earned money they have become the most sorry store in maryville and from this point on i will not going back I tried to give them a chance but the asst manager is just flat dumb. and too young to be running a business just yet.

Nice and clean grocery store. There are a few items here that are superior to any other chain in the area, and for those that are familiar with the area, there are several very close. I'm not saying this is my favorite store but it is definitely a go to for several items.

Bathrooms are always nasty, customer service is always garbage, here today and the grill and fryer is closed down at 4PM!! can't ever get fresh food always making way to much to make their job easier then always trying to force old food on customers pretty frd up tbh

The butcher and workers in the meat department are top-notch. Everyone in the store is so helpful and friendly.
