Michelle (Managing Pharmacist) and the entire staff are extremely friendly AND helpful!They demonstrate concern for each customer's medicinal needs and go out of their way to make sure any obstacles (cost, availability) are overcome to the best of their ability.My insurance provider gives me incentives to use their preferred provider, but I gladly pay a little more in order to use Food City East Broadway in Maryville in order to continue to receive their exceptional customer service.

The reason I use this Food City pharmacy is the drive thru and their low prices. Totally outside, no need to go inside the store for your meds. Anything I can do to lower my exposure to covid is very important to me lately. Highly recommended.

They dont care certain medications but the staff is really friendly & they make sure to help you with everything they can. If something is to high or your insurance doesn't cover a medication they have a discount aid for customers, I wasn't aware of this till I needed help myself one day.
