Dealing with this shop was so stress free. I appreciate all their communications and follow through. They asked what price range and they suggested the least expensive one! That is great customer service, no pressure felt what so ever and I am on the West Coast. The bouquet was so beautiful and perfect and was cut back and reused for over a month. Fresh flowers, beautiful arrangement and so enjoyed by my niece, who LOVES flowers ? They have my business for sure:)

They did such a great job for the corsage.It also Looked better then the picture that was sent to them. They was extremely friendly. It Was done on time. We will definitely go back.

Always delivered in timely manner, friends and family love their flower gifts and send me photos showing how pretty the flowers are and they always look like the bouquet I chose on web. Flowers always last a long time, too!

When the folks at the Flower Shop heard that Metz Culinary Management and Maryville College Veteran Affairs were sponsoring a POW/MIA table on Veterans Day they donated the rose and vase for the table. We not only appreciate there support but also there support of those who served. Thank you, all.

Wow. Ms. Bethany, Ms. Nancy, and Ms. Diane exceeded my expectations as always ♥️. With my own Mother's Celebration of Life ceremony recently, I completely took the ladies out of their "comfort zone" with the flower request for the Life ceremony. The creativity and ingenuity displayed in their work was something to behold. Everything in Momma's life Celebration was non-traditional (as she wanted) and flowers with photos displayed were "spot on " . Bravo Ladies !

I recently stopped in to the flower shop. I had a uncle that had passed and needed to order some flowers for his services. The ladies in there were very nice and helpful. They asked what was i needing to get and gave some wonderful suggestions. While I was there I asked a question about I plant that I had gotten a few months ago when my mom died. They gave me some helpful information on how to care for it. I would definitely recommend the flower shop to anyone needing so send flowers.

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery. I ordered a plant as a house warming gift for my sister and the what the Flower Shop Inc delivered was even better than what I ordered. The shop called me to tell me the plant I had ordered was not available and offered to substitute and wow I am so impressed with the substitution! (See pictures) It was very beautiful. My sister was delighted. I would definitely recommend the Flower Shop Inc and plan to use them in the future.
