Great bank

Worst bank on the planet! They allowed thousands of dollars to be stolen from my disabled father. And then only cover $250. Now they have bricked online banking and refuse to send me a recovery email, even though I'm legally POA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They've followed through with everything I've needed and helped walk me through a great many things for my accounts.

Great local bank with a dedicated local focus! Appreciate the way that the staff gives back to the local Blount County community and the support they provide to local nonprofits. Excellent community partner!

one branch didn't charge me a fee for a $6000 cashier check and other did charge me $8 for a $200 cashier check. not first time either. also one charged me for past bank statements and other didn't. ridiculous! will be switching to Alcoa Tenn next week.

I love my bank. Friendly, makes sure my same day deposits go in before the withdrawls which saves me money. Been with 1st TN since 1999 and have no intention of leaving, thx.

First Tennessee Bank is one of the worst banks I've done business with. The staff is courteous and professional but that's the only positive thing I have to say about this bank. Their online system is not the most reliable though it has gotten somewhat better in the last year. But doing things online like adding an outside account for transfers is next to impossible. Their system just does not do what it's supposed to do. I'm currently trying to add an outside account and on my 3rd attempt this week. This bank just seems to be much slower electronically than the rest of the world. Looking for help in their FAQ's is no help. They're written for idiots of something. We've had errors by the bank in deposit amounts that have resulted in real headaches and much work on our end to get them resolved. All of this and they still charge us a monthly fee for the pleasure of dealing with all of this. Things just seem to be a real pain to get done with this bank sometimes. We're now looking around at other local banks to move all of our accounts to when we have time.
