there's a girl that works there named Courtney she works evening shift she is the sweetest thing I've ever seen always kind and offers to go in the back and look for anything I may be wanting just to make sure they don't have it back there

I go in there three times a week in the evening and there are at least five racks empty of 25 oz beers, the cashier never offers to go look they always say it's shipping if the rack is empty we don't have it. Can I do negative stars on customer service?

The clerk gave me the wrong brand of cigarettes that I didn't notice until I went outside. I didn't even get in my car before I took them back inside. I was told that he wasn't allowed to make refunds or exchanges and that I would have to speak to the manager on Monday. Although I live in Blount County, I work in Knox county and am gone from 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday for work and of course the manager wouldn't be there when I could go back. My gripe is this (besides getting $14 worth of cigarettes that are of no use to me) 1) All clerks should be able to make exchanges when the error was THEIRS 2) Managers shouldn't make corrections only when it's convenient for them. IF this company can't trust their employees to do this, why should WE trust their employees! PHHHT

Drew is probably one of the nicest clerks I’ve ever encountered. Super polite , helpful and kind . I got off work and wanted some Icecream , and he literally made my day !
