You need to update your hours if they’re going to change. All your people can do is point at the sign. Got here 15 mins before midnight with 24hrs posted on your door. Not trying to be a Karen, but I manage a retail establishment as well and the hours are the hours.

The lady cashier has always been great. The male cashier has too much of an attitude to actually help me with what I needed, but it’s what I have come to expect out of people nowadays. If you cannot do your job without an attitude, why do it?

Well, don't expect respect or courtesy from this place. Valerie was just plain rude tonight. Especially with a sign in the window that says "Be sweeter". I hope management finds this note. I've never had this issue coming here at 10pm. I was told because she was the only one that she wasn't going to serve me Ice cream. Even though there was NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE. IT was empty!!! Welcome to Tennessee.

Curmudgeon works here. Can't even say hi or good morning before telling me I can never come back for fountain refill. I use a cup from pilot that is plastic because I won't buy styrofoam and it's 1 size bigger than they sell there. Good job being a total j*** to me over a few cents worth of fountain Dr Pepper. What a Scrooge!!!

Loved my customers but owner and district of the huddle house are using this as a drug and money laundering house. I miss seeing our son Robert and his family moat of all. He hasn't been around in almost a yr and refuses to let us see our grandchildren
