Have been shopping at the EZ Stop on East Broadway for about 15 years now. I love this store and the employees. Eric and Patrick are the absolute best. They already know what we want as soon as we walk through the door. They always have what I need and this store is always clean! The employees here are the reason I stop here 6 out of 7 days a week. The entire staff are friendly and customer-oriented. Even on their bad days they still smile and hope you have a good day. Just like their cups say "nice people, good stuff", they are also good people with nice stuff!

I posted a negative review on store #26 in Vonore over a month ago. Nothing has been done by management regarding employees smoking within 20 feet of the door. (State Law).The problem continues. Since McDonalds shares a bathroom with the ez stop....I make my kids avoid the front door, and do a cut through. NOT convenient for a convenience store.Next step? Video time!

Management is laughable. I wouldn't work here if you paid me 30 dollars an hour btw they only pay 10-11 save your time and work at McDonald's . I couldn't take the guy who interviewed me serious like calm down bro it's not rocket science you work at a gas station .

Most staff is great per store especially this one but a good bit of the customers need to learn patience, respect, and manners.

Nothing against the stores themselves but the corporate headquarters is a joke. I sent 2 emails and called 3 times to try to get a double charge sorted out and talked to two different people who had no idea what they were talking about. Just kept telling me the same wrong information over and over. Had to call my bank who agreed with me. They said the same thing that I was trying to get over to corporate. It'll be fixed by morning with or without them. They can deal with the consequences of uneducated employees filling chairs.

Great stores! Great staff! Great service! I love shopping E-Z Stop, and I have since I was a little kid Plus, these folks are so community minded, supporting things like United Way Gas Day. Thank you!!!

Need to learn the laws. All i have to do is show ID not have you scan it. You shope owners are not above the law! Learn it before you preach it!!!!!!
