I've been going to this gas station for years and until recently it has been very good. I went today (Memorial Day) for a bag of ice. There was not one other customer in the store. There was an old lady behind the counter struggling with some machine. She looked over in my direction but did not acknowledge me. I stood waiting patiently for about 5 minutes until she had finished what she was doing. She then picked up her phone and started looking at it. I hollered over, can someone help me? Nothing happened, nothing. She just stood there looking at her phone. I eventually walked out and went elsewhere for a bag of ice. No other customers had entered the store in the entire time I was there. My wife had a similar experience with the same worker last week.

MARTHA SHOULD BE FIRED!!! Was coming here for years and she is the only reason me and family and friends won’t. She’s a hateful, non helpful, washed up excuse for an employee. EZ stop should be ashamed to employee such people. FIRE MARTHA ON NIGHTS, SHE IS KILLING BUSINESS.
