Although smaller than the other newer dollar generals, I come here b/c of the cashiers. I wish I knew both day shift ladies names, but they are exactly what customer service should be. Kind and helpful. They are so friendly and always in a good mood. Raises for this store!!

The cashier was extremely rude with me and my husband for no reason! Not the first time this is happened here. Deff won't be back. Worth the drive to Alcoa to not go here!

I am from out of town and I have been going to different Dollar General stores, while here, in search of a regular item I use. However, I didn’t succeed in finding the item, but instead, I found this store to be in disarray. I had no desire to stay and shop. I fail to understand why so many stores are allowed to be kept this way.

Talk to corporate manager yesterday they are supposed to coming down next week. The lady at this store just out of the blue accused me of shoplifting with no evidence whatsoever. I have accused of a crime or stealing or shoplifting. I told her to call the police she just told me to leave the store and not come back the craziest thing I have ever experienced. I was just stopping by to get a loaf of bread. I am getting lawyer involved nobody should be treated like this for no reason whatsoever avoid this store.
