“I spoke with Dan at cardholder services 11/5/2020 about a late fee and interest charge applied to my Kroger Mastercard. My payment was in their building 10/9 but not processed until 10/13. Dan had no issue with cancelling the late fee and rescinding the interest. I was shockingly pleased with the service and will continue to use and promote the Kroger Mastercard thru US Bank.
