Chris is awesome. Shredded my rear tire on my 2020 Roadmaster on 411 Tennessee. He got me to the dealership to drop off the bike. I went down on the Tail of the Dragon. Even though the other company took my bike to impound, these guys took care of me! They drove me all the way to Maryville/Alcoa to a hotel so I could fly home the next day!!! They did not have to. They found me at the 129 HD Shop and they took the time to care for ME! I would recommend these guys for any service needed. B Maugham

Highly recommend. Wonderful communication and friendly service. Fairly priced. My bike had been sitting for around 6 months. I hired C&M towing to tow my bike to a buyers house. Chris took the time to jump start my battery before loading it up. He made the process of selling my bike so much smoother.Services: Battery service

I highly recommend C&M Towing! My sons bike died in Maryville and would not restart after a long day of riding the Foothills parkway. We live about 50 miles away. I waited on hold forever with my roadside assistance call center, after I finally got through, they quoted me an absurd price and insisted that I pay before they could tell me who they were sending. The quote they sent me was for towing a Kawasaki 4 wheeler. I tried calling them back and gave up after being on hold for another 30 minutes. I pulled out the card for C&M Towing that I pickup up at a local ride. I called and talked to Chris. He was at my bike in 15 minutes and we were home in about an hour safe and sound. The price was very fair and Chris was great!! I will use him again if ever need to and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need.Service: Motorcycle towing

I have to give C&M towing 5+ stars. Not only did he answer my call quickly, he rushed right out to tow my car off the interstate. I was stranded on the side of the interstate headed to a girls weekend trip, and he made this stress feel like it was nothing. Also, it was during an awful storm where schools and businesses were closed! If I could give more stars I would. Will ONLY call C&M Towning for any roadside assistance! I'm forever grateful for your kindness and professionalism!

It is true that often the most memorable parts of a motorcycle trip is when things go sideways. This happened to me in Maryville Tennessee. My bike died on a Sunday evening and the BMW shop do not open until Tuesday morning.Chris came and picked me up promptly. We tried to find a rental car for me and when that didn’t work he took me to a local hotel. Then Chris stored my bike in his personal garage until Tuesday morning when he delivered it to the BMW dealer while I was visiting friends in Atlanta.I will never forget the kindness Chris showed me. When I asked him to add $25 to my bill he agreed, but then charged me the original amount.Service: Long distance hauling

Traveled to Tennessee for vacation on the motorcycle. Going into Gatlinburg I had problems with my bike. Went thru my insurance to get it towed. Chris answered the call. He responded ASAP with a phone call to let me know he was on his way. Once he got to me he was very polite and personable. He went above and beyond my expectations as a business owner. C & M Motorcycle Towing is #1 in my book! My fuel pump died, and I found myself stranded. That is until my roadside assistance company called Chris. From the moment Chris was involved, the entire experience turned positive. Chris called me to let me know how long it would be until he arrived, which wasn't very long at all. Once he was on scene, my bike was on his truck in a matter of minutes, and we were on our way to the dealership. Chris stayed with me at the dealership until we knew how things would be handled. When it was clear I'd be leaving my bike with the dealer, Chris was able to help get me home - and that was truly above and beyond the call of duty! I'm very grateful to Chris for all he did to make that day end better than it started. I assure you, when I find myself needing a tow in the future, Chris will be contacted straightaway.
