After having a horrible experience with Foothills Wrecker, I called Butlers and James came out within 20 mins and had me home in 45. My brakes had gone out and he also went above and beyond to help me maneuver my car into a spot i can easily jack it up tomorrow. I recommend Butler's wrecker service to everyone and will now always use them for my towing needs. Thank you guys sincerely!

James is a surgeon with a rollback! The ball joint broke on my truck and he got it loaded and unloaded with no collateral damage! I think it was a 30 min response time to get loaded up on Foothills Parkway on a Saturday. 10/10!

My husband was at work and a deer ran out in front of him, smashing into the front of his car!! He called Butler’s and Jerry had someone there immediately to help! We appreciated the driver bringing my husband back with him so I could pick him up and letting us clean out the car. Driver was friendly and calming during a stressful and sudden situation. When my husband realized later he forgot something, Vivian White accommodated us by meeting us at a time that worked for us to get back in the car. She then went above and beyond by suggesting we take the license plate just in case the car was totaled by the insurance company and proceeded to take it off for us! So glad they were there to help us through a situation I hope we are never in again! ?

After calling several other places, Butler’s was the only one to tell me they would be there soon and gave me a great price. They showed up in less than 5 minutes. Best tow company I have ever dealt with. I know who to call if I need them again.

The folks working this service were the only ones to answer the call to be heroes and save my car from the icy conditions on the mountain the other day. Very grateful for their willingness to come and the speed and skill shown in towing my car in those conditions. Great cusomer service afterward also. Many thanks!

First of all I want to thank Robert and Jerry for getting a stuck semi moving Farley quickly on a small road. There is only 1 way out of peninsula hospital and this semi got stuck 3 times today. Butlers showed up and got them moving. Butlers followed in front of and behind the semi all the way to the main road and to the interstate. (Which they definitely didn't have to do). I called on behalf of peninsula to thank them, I spoke to a lady name Vivian she was super friendly and eager to help if needed.Thank you all again so much.

Quick service and super helpful. Operator was skilled enough to put the car right where I wanted it without doing any more damage. They were able to tow my car on short timeframe before the impound place that was holding it hostage closed at 5pm on a Friday. They really bailed me out! Highly recommended!

Enjoying the parkway, saw a large vehicle driving very fast. Time and date 6:24pm 10/21/2023. It had Butlers towing on the side of the flatbed truck. Several witnesses saw this and were not happy!

Our van's starter went out on a holiday weekend, so I called Butler's Wrecker and was very pleased at the service rendered. The phone was answered immediately, and within 45 minutes, a tow truck was on the way. The driver was extremely professional and courteous. Our van was delivered to our mechanic in perfect condition. I highly recommend their this company.
