She is extremely helpful with my quirky wants and changes to the jewelry I purchased. And everything is always ready on or before the stated date.

Once it was carefully soldered by your state of the art laser equipment, it was cleaned and polished and looks as beautiful as it did back in 2004!

Roger was awesome. My wife really liked him. He met us at the door and helped us get the extra links in our new watches band. He explained their pricing and gave us several options for financing. We didn't buy anything today but we will buying from Roger in the future.

First time in. Went for updated appraisal and ring repair. Staff was very friendly and welcoming especially Pat. Appraisal was done in less than 24 hours. Very thorough and professional. Ended up making a purchase of some pearl earrings and couldn’t be happier. Maryville store is great. Will definitely be back.
