The people are friendly and great to work with. I have had to use them several times for various accidents over the years and I'll keep going to them because I trust them.

I am beyond pissed. These idiots tried to take advantage of my 86 year old grandmother. Her passenger door was open when the car backed up. The door got caught on vehicle next to it. The henges were bent, therefore the door wouldn't shut. The door handle was broken off due to trying to shut it. When she took it to them they tried to tell her they were going to have to replace the door, something about paint, all kinds of bs to say the least. Gave her an estimate of $2,200. I took the car to Foster's (3416 E Lamar Alexander), the kind gentleman came out and looked at the door. He then got a tool and pulled up on the door. It now opens and shuts. All that's needed is to order a part for the handle which costs about $20 and labor is going to cost about $20-$25. So my grandmother is saving around $2,150. Bradley's is nothing but scam artists. GO TO FOSTER's!!
