Horrible, unresponsive, irresponsible. You will not be updated or kept informed, man is so lazy it's not funny. Expected me to collect his money from the insurance company, really? Lied to me about rental car procedures and I didn't find that out until it was too late to get a rental. Car has been in his shop since first week of October, still not back on 11/24/2021. Run as far as you can, avoid him at all costs.

This gentleman tries to talk down to people. I've lived in the Autobody world and dealerships mechanic world for my entire life. If your car goes here with a brand new battery make sure you prepare yourself to by another! He put the hood that's still bent back on my car. He was trying to do touch up paint on spots he missed. He oversprayed and got paint on my head lights. The list goes on! The paint part had specs of dirt! DO NOT take your car here. He told me if I wanted it fixed that I would have to take him to court. All I wanted was a battery and the hood and door aligned! He hung up on me !

Do not take your car here. My wife's car had several problems after that he said the insurance company wouldn't fix a bent hood. His paint job Was even terrible. There are fisheyes and over spray on the head lights. My hood and doors are not aligned He left my battery connected so that when he gave my car back the battery was dead! Please. Stop and ask yourself if you want to have more problems after you take your car here
