“I started at the Maryville location and then my car went to the Knoxville location because it would be fixed sooner.
The only communication I received from Knoxville was ur car is here and starting to be fixed. Then ur car is ready. No communication about what was being fixed and what wasn't being fixed.
When I picked up my car at the Maryville location and talked to Jared about my car.
He assured me that he would fix my car.
