Unfortunately I can’t say much good about this group. From my first visit there’s been too much attitude. They’ve been my cpap supplier for five years and they’ve never shown they’re interested in my business. There’s an obvious lack of organization and professionalism.
The last straw involved a purchase that I paid for when I received the merchandise. A few weeks after my purchase I received a bill for the item marked past due more than 120 days and a threat to turn me into collections. What!!!
After several calls and speaking to the manager she took the charge off my record but it took a fight and threat to go to the administration to get it resolved. Matter of fact they were never able to find any record of my payment but did admit I would not have been allowed to remove the merchandise from the store until I paid.
I hate giving bad reviews but I’m over the attitude and disorganization and have taken my business to another supplier.

Service declined in the past few months. Rude service. Orders always being cut and shorted causing problems going out. If there were a lower star rating I would use it. Appalling for an oxygen service

Common sense is something that does not exist with these people. Customer service is a foreign term.Typical Blount Memorial.

We had a wheel chair for a month and 5 days, we paid the first month in advance, when we talked to them about paying for the 5 days extra they said we would have to pay for a whole month more! They are trying to charge us for 25 days rental on a wheelchair that they are in possession of and probably have already rented out again, and threaten to turn us over to collections, and report to the credit bureau if we dont pay. CROOKS AND THEIVES!!! (Maybe a class action law suite would help get everyone some justice)

I have been called about my c pap supplies 4 times. I have reordered 3 times with their automated system. Was told all 3 times it would be ready in 3 to 5 days and they would call to let me know when I could pick up. Never got a call. Went to ask about supplies after the 3rd time. Waited for 30 minutes and no one ever tried to help me. Was called today and hung up on their automated system. Tired of dealing with them.

My doctors office called them over a month ago for me to get a piece of medical equipment. I was told they would call me when the piece came in. I waited and waited and finally I called. I told them why I was calling, was told to hold and I get an answering machine. I leave the message I called about. I asked for someone to call me. I never got a call back. I went yesterday to pick up my device since I never got a call back from them. They asked me if I had a script. I told them the doctors office called the script in and I know they did because I called to ask them about the device and why I hadn't heard anything yet. So the girl goes to another woman asking her questions, goes and gets the device and tells me how much it costs. I asked if my insurance covered it and she said no. Well what I have come to realize, they lost my information the doctors office called in and so I was charged the price of this device. I paid for it and left very confused until I came here and read the other reviews. This place is very disorganized and I will need more equipment in the future and will not be using their services. They need some major help getting their services in order. I will be letting my doctor know about the failed services from Blount Memorial Home Equipment Services.

My son was sent home on Oxygen on August 31, 2021after 2 weeks in ICU from COVID I was never showed how to use and changed the tanks out when empty. We discovered and was told by our primary doctors office that a key was needed to turn it on. I called on the 8th and today s the 13th and I have to drive over to pick the oxygen key up. She said there will be no charge! What!!! Thank you but this is a serious problem what if he had of ran out of oxygen somewhere other than the Doctors office.

Blount Memorial DME came to the rescue when another company in Knoxville advised that they could no longer provide an oxygen concentrator due to a relative being placed under hospice care. The other company said they couldn’t wait until we had another delivered so Blount got on it and had a concentrator delivered within an hour. Thank you Blount DME and Blount Hospice for taking care of my family in a time of concern.
