I had an outstanding experience today at BCEC. Everyone was welcoming. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Alex explained everything to me. Nic was wonderful in assisting me with my eye ware. He was personable and answered all my questions.

Love Dr. Alex. Very thorough and explained my eye condition and options really well. Staff super nice. John in optical was wonderful to help me select the best glasses for me. He also could explain about insurance I’m considering. Highly recommend!

The doctor and staff were very polite and professional. I had a new condition so I had a lot of questions which were fully and patiently answered. I was seen very quickly due to a cancelation. I needed a second appointment and was given one the very next day. I highly recommend Dr. Matt and the staff.

My 6 year old daughter had her first appointment with DR.Matt after her kindergarten doctor visit/ screening her pediatrician told us she has a problem with her right eye. Everyone at BCEC was wonderful with her. Dr.Matt was great and his assistant that did the pre eye exam. I highly recommend, the only issue I had was really with insurance the glasses my daughter really wanted was 170 and apparently insurance only covers like 20 pairs of adult and children glasses out of the hundreds of pairs they have in there and the ones that she got was still 160.

Everyone at this practice from the front desk to the eye doctor was professional, kind, efficient and through. I havent had this kind of care with my eye health in many many years. I would give 100 stars if possible. Thank you all for what you do! Keep up the Fantastical work that you do! And thank you for making a dreaded visit soooo very Wonderful.
