Had to return some items for my mom. Quick in and out. Looks like they might be doing away with their juniors section though, which is a shame.

I went thru the whole store and saw less than 5 employees. Three of them misdirected me because their manager said they had kids shoes. I looked 3 times. They did not. One employee called the manager a second time. I admit the area looked like they had a stampede. I would shop at Foothills more if they had better stocked stores.

Just okay. They have a nice selection of clothes but they are overpriced. And the fitting rooms are crowded and smell bad.

There was literally one other customer in the store when we visited a short while ago today. We picked out three button down shirts and some jeans in about 10 minutes and then tried to find someone to check us out.
It took a few minutes to find any employee of the store. When we did, she told us that the lady at the register at the perfume counter can check us out. We waited patiently for 10 minutes but she was helping the one other customer find the right perfume. Gret for the other customer but not good for us. We decided to find someone else. We saw another lady at a different register and started to approach. She looked at us and then disappeared into the back of the store never to be seen again. We waited another 5 minutes before we saw a manager walking by. He could not check us out and told us that they are short staffed because "Nobody wants to work any more". He pointed us in the direction of another register which was staffed. We passed the first register and saw the lady there was still helping with the perfume. We arrived at the last register in the store and the lady there saw us coming and walked off saying "I will be there in a few minutes". She walked into the clothing dept and started hanging clothes up that she had. Is that more important than serving a customer? I asked if she could check us out now because it had been over 20 minutes since we started trying to check out. She sighed and didn't say another word the entire time but she did check us out.

Highly disappointed. Went to the lingerie dept looking for something specific. Went to try on and the two employees standing in the doorway, when I tried to go by, simply said "we're full" in a rude tone. So I took my merchandise to a fitting room in another part of the store and to say the fitting room was filthy is putting it lightly. Door jambs were nasty, carpet was filthy, hook was falling out of the wall etc. Never again

The store and items are great but a few employees will watch you like they think you're going to steal, the shoe area is so clustered my wheelchair kept hitting everything, purses were so disheveled I didn't even bother trying to look at.

First time in a department store in a while. Very slow for this time of year but purchased new stainless steel cookware for induction cooking. Joanne was a great help and so kind answering our questions. Limited selection is the only reason for 4 stars.
