The tellers at this location are so friendly and helpful. The teller that I made a deposit with even went as far as giving my child a hotwheels car to take home with him! Coming into this bank is always a pleasant experience.

Had to jump through hoops to withdraw cash, NOW I'm supposed to jump through hoops to deposit a check... teller had the personality of a dank wash cloth.

So much layers of confusion/extra work to activate the new checking account. I thought I could handle it during lunch hour, but i underestimated their inconvenience. I ended up with opening another account at this branch. I need to see if it brings any other inconvenience.

I banked with BB&T for several years with no issues. Since Truist took over I have had nothing but problems. Problems that have cost me several hundred dollars and the loss of my vacation to visit my family. They froze my funds over a bank error, refused to reverse the decision, and as a result it has completely destroyed the vacation I worked hard for a year to enjoy. The bank manager at the Maryville branch was less than professional. She had no interest in hearing what I had to say when I met with her to attempt to resolve the issues. She acted as if I should feel privileged to do business with them instead of understanding that they should feel privileged that I let them handle my money. Truist starts with care? ???? There is no care unless you have seven digit accounts. Guess what? Mine would have been seven digits after the inheritance I just received. You held my first disbursement for two weeks and created so many problems. You won't see a dime of the remaining disbursements. You won't handle my retirement accounts. You won't be the lender for the home loan I will soon be applying for. You won't ever see another dime from me. I will be closing my accounts and moving my money to another bank who has treated me well over the last few months. A bank who actually cares and has excellent customer service. And I am well aware that Truist does not care that they are losing a loyal customer. They don't care about the little guy. The working man. It doesn't matter to anyone at Truist that my vacation was destroyed. They won't miss me. And that says it all. F Truist.

Another bank that has abandoned AMERICAN citizens to handle their customer service! Why in world are American customers buying from American companies routed to call centers outside of the country?! We've been given misinformation countless times by these agents that can't understand simple much less complicated account issues. It's not worth it and we're not buying or dealing with any company that doesn't staff native English speaking American customer service agents.

In 30 years of banking, I don't know if I've ever seen a bank screw things up worse than Truist. Open an account, fund it, then it gets frozen. They try to claim my old bank called them and reported it as fraudulent (not true, old bank confirmed they never made such a call and even provided a POP letter showing the funds had cleared 10 days earlier), and yet all of my accounts are still frozen. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRUISTThat being said, Rachel (Branch Manager) and Cheri (Banker) were as helpful as they could be but this was beyond the scope of their roles and was 100% on the Fraud Department.

There are no choices! Your opinion will not matter! These people will be glad to argue with you while they are defending their absolute lack of care and service. I will never ever entertain a loan from Truist again. RUN!

I went to this bank to cash a two-party check that was written to me for some work I did and they are awesome they are really friendly they're really great they are there to help they know what they're doing had a really great experience with them

I do my business and personal banking with BB&T. This is not the closet branch to my home, but always use this location for any semi complicate banking task. Becky, Kelly and Rachel have all been very helpful. I highly recommend these people for all of your local banking needs.
