He was able to move some things around and there was a screen coming in in an hour or two and he would get right on it. Needless to say within two hours phone is tested, repaired and I had it back. What a relief. It would have been a nightmare but Nicholas' professional approach customer service skills prevailed. And the price was much more reasonable than any other outfit we contacted.
