Very grateful for their honesty as they easily could have done the “alignment” and I would have never know. “Ive been going to jiffy lube since before Chip left, they have changed my oil and worked on at least three of my vehicles and ive never had a complaint except one time the Diet Coke were out of date and tasted like a mules extremity. You can’t see California without Marlon Brando’s eyes.”

Another vehicle 2006 Toyota matrix less than a year old at the time; $12,500 worth of damage and when they were finished, you could look under the car under the hood and you could not tell this car ever been wrecked and once again the paint job was impressive!!! I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else!!!!!!!”

I called Omega and they were open and honest about their schedule and how soon they could get to it. The next day they took care of getting it towed to their shop and then worked with Jasper transmissions for the warranty details. They kept me in the loop about timelines, other things I should consider getting repair while the transmission was out, other non related issues they saw, etc. once the work was done we went for a ride together to make sure everything felt ride. The truck definitely drives better and I honestly don’t know that they could do more to make the experience better. The customer service and ease of doing business is incredible. “Old school "Shade Tree" mechanic, and by shade tree I mean nice shop at his property. Don REALLY cares and truly wants to help folks without breaking the bank. Took an old work truck in because the code for the check engine light indicated it was the catalytic converter and there was a loud rattle when started up. I called and he said it "could be" but he would have to look to know for sure. I was prepared for hundreds perhaps thousands of dollars in repairs. He looked at it for a few minutes. Spot welded a spot or two, fixed the rattle, fixed the code, fixed the problem for mere pennies. THANK YOU, SIR! If honesty & integrity are important to you then take your business to Duck's (I will).”

“Disclaimer: My block and head are currently at the shop. This review is solely about my current service, but I will update about the work when everything is completed.From what I can tell Hitches has very skilled employees who can do great work, and based on some research and experiences of people I know, I chose to come here. When I called before bringing in my components, I was told it would be roughly a month before they could get around to it, which was understandable since they did state they had 13 motors ahead of mine. It’s getting closer to 3 months now. However, I’m not overly concerned about this because I know this kind of job isn’t the easiest. Yet, I am ready to have this completed, so that I can get my car back on the road. I have called a few times to check on the progress and was greeted friendly enough on the phone.The work I am having done is expected to be pretty pricey, not because of labor costs but just the parts I am wanting to have installed. Hitches quoted labor costs are extremely reasonable, and honestly were some of the lowest I could find in 100 miles. My block has two cylinders that will need bored and possibly sleeved depending on the extent of the damage. Hitches is also preparing the entire short block using only the original crank. The pistons, rings, and rods are all being upgraded to forged steel parts. The head was originally worked on by another shop, but is getting a once-over by Hitches and also appears to need to have the buckets machined to fit the new cams.Again, I am hopefully to have this all completed soon, and will update my review in the near future about the quality of work and service provided to me. But for now, I will give them a 4/5.Pictures are of the dissembled motor before any work has been done. I will update with the finished work so that everyone can get a sense of the quality of work from Hitches as well as hopefully my excitement!Services: Engine repair”

“I'm not sure where to start and I'll try to make this brief! Tranco and the people working and running it are top notch superb! This is a place, the only place I will take vehicle to have transmission work done! I brought them my 2020 Chevy Silverado with an issue that the Chevrolet dealership could not figure out, in fact the Chevy dealership had my truck 7 months trying to solve the issue and never resolved it One day I got tired of waiting I
So I went to tranco to see if it be beneficial to bring it to them instead of leaving it at the Chevy dealership The response I got was absolutely bring it on over and we will figure it out. Like I said before they were going on the 7th month of having my truck and they had already installed a brand new transmission and we're getting ready to open up the new transmission to see what was wrong with it they told me parts were defective from factory. Took it to tranco they got the truck in their shop within 2 days and within 48 hours of that they had my truck figured out. Not only that but they were professional they called me daily with updates and they didn't overcharge me and tell me something was wrong that wasn't these are the kind of people I will work with and take my vehicle to any day if you need transmission work please don't waste your time with anywhere else take it to tranco. The gentleman who runs the joint even called me to ask me a timeline of when and what had gone wrong with my truck over the period of time that I had that it was not acting right I don't know about you but I don't think I've ever had a mechanic actually listen to what I say and then utilize it in repairing my vehicle, they normally just try tofigure it out themselves, and waste a lot of money and time in the process. these guys are top notch!! “Brought my son's vehicle in because it was making noise that I couldn't isolate. It wasn't due for an oil change so I was afraid the timing chain was going. I explained the various sounds and issues my son was having and feared they would come up with a bunch problems that would cost me a fortune. I was so happy when I went back and they explained that the oil was just low and they couldn't find any leaks. I never thought about the oil because I had awhile before an oil change was due and I never noticed any leaks. I don't have the means to check the car myself right now, so they could of said anything. Thanks for being so honest and hardly charging me anything to check the car and top it off. Will definitely return when I need car service”
