“We were on vacation in Townsend, TN! On our way from MS pulling a camper we had two blowouts. After arriving in Townsend late Sunday night, we began looking for a tire shop. We could not have picked a better place to replace our camper tires. They were very accommodating to us and very willing to help us out. We pulled camper to their parking lot and they did the rest. We would highly recommend this business.”

“Car Fix is great. I have a 2016 4Runner and have been bringing it here for a couple years now. They have appointments that are convenient for me and their work has always been quick. The staff have always been helpful and explain anything they find clearly so I can make an informed decision about any work I want done or not. I have also bought tires from them. Their prices on tires was better than any other shop in the area.
I trust them to work on my vehicles.”

“My 2019 Honda HRV began “shuddering/vibrating when I accelerated from stop to about 30 mph at what point it smoothed out. I called JRJ Auto Service; they were recommended by a friend for their fairness, knowledge and honesty. Hiram, the GM, promptly responded. He stated that they didn’t work on the Honda HRV transmission. Most importantly he informed me of issues with that transmission and had issued a bulletin to that effect and that I should take it to Honda. Took it to Airport Honda, where they drove it, coded it and diagnosed the problem- transmission failure. Honda will replace it free of charge. Hiram saved me thousands by sharing that bulletin by Honda; didn’t have to do that, yet took time to inform me of the issues with that transmission. He gained nothing by this- except all of my future auto needs. Can’t say enough in gratitude to Hiram and JRJ Auto Services. You don’t find honesty like this every day. THANK YOU!”

Pricing was fair,service was fast, but the best part of this establishment was the knowledge they had of doing exhaust work. The service was friendly and just an absolute pleasure to know these people. If you’re looking to get a custom exhaust system from front to back, a muffler replaced or just a rusted exhaust pipe that needs to be replaced, look no further than these people right here. They’ve been in business for well over 30 years, extensive knowledge of exhaust systems,and they are extremely friendly. I want to give them a big thank you for taking care of me today. “They took the time to communicate with me and even took a loss on more expensive parts to get me up and running even after quoting me the price of repairs. I needed ball joints on my 02 jeep liberty and decided to replace the entire lower suspension system (lower control arms tie rod ends and the balljoints themselves which i supplied). The ball joints didn't fit when everything else did and they wound up using more expensive ones that would've had the bill over $1000 but took the hit as they promised me $640. I don't know of any other garage willing to take a hit that big just to satisfy their customers. They have earned my patronage. If I can't handle the job myself I WILL be trusting my ride to their capable hands. Any other garage would have charged the absorbent price to at least break even. THESE GUYS ROCK!!!”

“Austin is an honest and great mechanic! I went to him from a reference. New to the city and didn’t know anyone. The first time I picked up my car, it still had some things wrong so I dropped it back off to Austin again. He apologized for what was not completed and charged me nothing for labor on the second trip. The car is running great now. Humility and honesty goes a long way especially when dealing with a mechanic. I don’t know anything about cars so TRUST establishes a relationship that will go a long way. Austin is the BEST! I got me a forever mechanic!”

The only communication I received from Knoxville was ur car is here and starting to be fixed. Then ur car is ready. No communication about what was being fixed and what wasn't being fixed.
When I picked up my car at the Maryville location and talked to Jared about my car.
He assured me that he would fix my car.

“Joel and Amanda are absolutely amazing! My 05 dodge 3500 was sitting at another business that couldn’t find the time to even look at. I called Omega and they were open and honest about their schedule and how soon they could get to it. The next day they took care of getting it towed to their shop and then worked with Jasper transmissions for the warranty details. They kept me in the loop about timelines, other things I should consider getting repair while the transmission was out, other non related issues they saw, etc. once the work was done we went for a ride together to make sure everything felt ride. The truck definitely drives better and I honestly don’t know that they could do more to make the experience better. The customer service and ease of doing business is incredible.
