Joanna is down right rude. They took me off the list saying they called when I have no calls from them only calls o them from me also sent the mail to the wrong address when I specifically said to send it to my P.O. Box. And she wouldn’t tell me the month they called nor the phone number either. And she hung up on me with the most horrible attitude

The landlord won't do anything bout ppl parking in the visitors Parking spots when they don't even live here and we have to park down the road when we live here and she won't give us a parking pass either

These apartments considering it's HUD housing is the best of them around! Apartments have their pros and cons. Super affordable income based. They've came far from the way they were many years ago when I was growing up for sure. They've cleaned up as far as crime goes not to say it's unheard of everyplace has crime. Also regarding roaches they've done a 360 within the last year, They hired pest control professionals! All and all I think people should be more greatful to have a place to call home because it hard to find housing with all these other apartments being built your going break yourself trying to make a mortgage payment practically to survive in those fancy apartments.

Very poor management...been waiting 9 months spoke verbally during time frame of email sent needing to update application ..they did not notify me verbally when i checked on status... email went spam so they removed me off list ...I'll take my chances somewhere else seems like management cares less about helping anyone ...

I'm a new tenant and I appreciate everything that the management has done for me and my family . She is quick on getting the job done when you call and tell her what your problem is. My pest control is great he comes monthly. I would definitely rent here if you're looking for a place .

Place is roach infested. They spray every month but it must be water.
