Mike ****** has done an excellent job preparing my taxes for several years. Some years, he found me a refund when I thought I was going to have to pay, and in other years, he found me more refund than I expected. And his prices are very reasonable. I plan to use his services from now on.

We just relocated to the area and were given a few referrals for someone to do our taxes. Michael was one of the referrals and we are glad we choose him. WE found him to be very noligable and professional. Being new to the area, he made us feel very comfortable. Pricing was also reasonable, especially since we were filing for two states. Lisa, his assistant is also very friendly. If you are looking for a tax person we highly recommend Michael.

This gentleman gave advice that was incorrect. The information given was fact checked by calling the IRS. I was given false information that would have made doing taxes for 2021 with information given from Mr Alfred a falsified IRS document. Your real name and social security number must always match. It’s not ok to just say it’s ok Mr . Alfred.

I got incorrect information regarding how to setup the business I was starting. He got my tax id number setup for me but the first name was incorrect when Mr. Alfred completed the request forms , although mr Alfred had my full name . Mr. Alfred said it wasn't a big deal( although if your name and social security number don't match guess what the IRS does to you?) , but that he would send in a request to change the first name to the IRS. I waited about 60 days to follow up with mr. Alfred. He stated your not going to get the IRS to respond to you to say if they changed your first name to the correct name or not. So I called the IRS, I did have to wait a while. It was worth it , the change was made over the phone that instant to reflect the correct first name. My concern was his lack of attention to detail and the lack of caring about it !!! . So I do not recommend this Certified Publix Accountant for any type of business.
