I just got OTC items but the place was clean and well stocked. The staff helped me find a couple of things but l got everything I needed, (which is unusual for my visits to a Walmart Pharmacy).

I experienced great customer service at the Walmart Pharmacy in Martin, TN on the evening of August 29, 2022. Bailee was extremely efficient, professional, and personable--even at the end of a Monday!

This is the worst managed Walmart store I have ever seen. I have live in Martin for 18 years and so have one rule of thumb when I need to get groceries...DO NOT GET THEM AT MARTIN'S WALMART. They NEVER have the shelves adequately stocked. When something runs out of stock, it sometimes take 2 WEEKS to resupply. You would think a Walmart in a university town would be smart enough to keep supply high and customers happy. Nope. That's why we and my friends travel to other Walmart's in the region to find well stocked shelves.

Very nice employees. I have filled my meds here since they closed Van's pharmacy. Because CBS is not good pharmacy at all. I have never had a problem getting my meds here. And all the employees are nice and helpful.

It's better than the RUDE service by CVS employee, Beth, and definitely quicker. There's definitely major kinks they need to work out! There's been some kind of issue with my past 3 experience there. Nothing that was major, but definitely could have been prevented with better communication!!

They miscounted my medication by 24 pills. I can understand if it were maybe 1 or 2 but 24? It was also a controlled substance. When I called me they acted like I had no clue what I was talking about when I’ve been taking the medication for years. Very unprofessional

I've always had a good experience with this pharmacy. The automated refill system is very efficient, and the service is always prompt and courteous.
