Angie Ward at the Verizon store in Martin has the worst customer service I've ever seen! She is rude, she lied, & she's not helpful at all! I was at the store at 8:30 this morning (they don't open til 9). I waited for them to open to return a defective charger. The lady who helped me had to call Angie (who was not there yet) to ask for a code to process the refund. Angie wouldn't give her the code over the phone and asked that I come back after 11. I went back. The same lady who helped me before, went to the back of the store and told Angie I was there. Angie had me waiting over 30 minutes before she came from the back, even though she asked that I come back. When she finally came out she went and sat down and finished her call instead of walking over and entering the code for the other employee. As a manager, she should be able to multitask and enter a code while talking on the phone. I expressed my dissatisfaction and things escalated. She wouldn't help process my refund while she was on the phone but she was able to yell at me while she was on the phone. How does that even make sense? Not only that, but she was very rude to my brother too who had been without a phone for 4 days because of an issue with his device. She was rude to him, rolled her eyes, and after finally fixing his phone, she laid it down on the counter so hard it was almost as if she slammed it. She walked away without asking him if he needed help with anything else. She also lied and told him he had to purchase another screen protector when he actually has coverage on it so he doesn't have to purchase another one. She just wanted a sale. I won't be back!

Sunshine was down to earth with her warmth in greeting everyone that came through the doors by welcoming them and asking them how they were doing today with a positive attitude and friendly smile. She also was keen on tackling the needs of her customers as I witnessed her go from customer to customer helping them with their cell phone needs, which I will add should’ve taken several other people to help with but she managed to take care of her customer needs single handedly somehow. To sum it all up, I had a wonderful experience even despite the wait, which on Sunshine’s part, wasn’t something she could help change as she gave the necessary attention to each customer that came through the door despite the pressure of being the only person able to help customers with in the store. She was excellent in every way.

Absolutely Terrible Service, staff basically refused to help. Asked for manager and was told manager did not know anything and was worthless to help us.

Update: Reach out to the email provided and it has been days and no response. Stand by my feelings terrible experience.Worst experience possible, was there today, waited an hour while only representative joked and laughed with everyone. Needed help with phone and E-sim. Kept repeating we needed to go to the Apple Store. When we bought the phone at a huge cost and have been with Verizon for years. She could not understand all we needed was the sim switched. Asked for someone with more knowledge as we have done this exact thing before and her answer was no one has experience and the manager has only been here two months. We left very frustrated and still locked out of phone. Off to Walmart to get what Verizon should have done.
