This shop has been so helpful! I got all 4 tires replaced on my Honda and did a great job. I also had up to 4 free tire patches and they did a great job. These are all due to living in the country and occured on long road trips so nothing against the tires quality. Thank you Reynold for your great service!

I'm writing this on behalf of a friend. Friend knew what was wrong with the car already and asked them to take a look at it. They said that it was something else and went ahead a replaced a completely different thing that without even asking which level of part the customer wanted. Instead they replaced it with one of the most expensive brand and tiers of the part you can buy for said part. They could have discussed that with the customer first to go with the more affordable part instead (it's a very common part with a wide price range), but took it upon themselves to not even offer. Then the next day the problem still continued on the vehicle, so friend went to another mechanic and sure enough it wasn't even what Reynolds Bro replaced. The problem was what my friend already knew what was wrong with it and they fixed it on the spot and haven't had issue since. Don't waste your time here. In my friend's experience they seemed like they were just out for easy money making up problems that weren't even there. I would have given one star, but gave two stars bc they DID get you in quickly.

Awesome place! Great staff!! A tire was damaged while on a long trip from Alabama to Wisconsin. Reynolds Brothers repaired the tire in under 45 minutes with no appointment! Back on the road super fast. Highly recommend using them.
