I have been meaning to write this review for awhile now, but I stopped by the Murphy Florist shop back on August 30th and had a wonderful experience! I’m from Jackson, TN and was coming to Martin to attend a company lunch celebrating my coworker’s 30th year work anniversary when I decided I wanted to stop and get her some flowers. Long story short, I didn’t think I would be able find my coworker anything because most of the local florist shops required you to call ahead, etc. I thought I was out of luck until I walked into this one and the lady was so kind and helpful! She put together a bouquet for me right there on the spot and it was absolutely perfect! Her customer service was outstanding and the flowers were just lovely… so I wanted to come back and leave a 5-star review. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience! ✨

We stopped in on a Saturday to look for a birthday arrangement. They took care of us and even delivered the same day. The arrangement was beautiful!

I bought from Alabama and purchased a beautiful flower arrangement for my mother for mother's day.. and omg she loves it and it smells so good.. so I decided to call them back and order another one for my aunt. if you need flowers fresh and at the best price hit this company up. you'll love it

Murphy’s flowers was great. They put together a wedding bouquet and boot same day within 1hr. We were in a rush because an online florist did not deliver. Called Murphy’s and Angela said no problem we can do it. Highly recommend . Thanks again.

I attended the funeral of a very dear friend i was very disappointed at the service the family received. The employees was very unprofessional and rude to the family. I would never recommend any family to used their services.

Terrible customer service! The guy was extremely rude and condescending. I have been ordering flowers online for my mom for years and have never had such a bad experience before. The flowers he sent to my mom looked NOTHING even remotely close to what I had ordered. The guy had the nerve to call me and go off on me like it was my fault..?? Unbelievable how unprofessional he was. Ended up ordering again but through a different florist so that my mom could get the flowers she deserved!

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday from an online florist site. I picked out the red rapture bouquet because it had all red flowers and thats what my daughter loves. When they were delivered they looked nothing like i ordered, not even close to what i ordered. The arrangement was supposed to be nothing but red flowers, when my daughter got the delivery she took a picture with them and sent it to me and there were yellow, pink and white flowers in the vase. Now do not get me wrong they were pretty but again not what I ordered, i contacted the flower line that I had ordered from and they said they would call the florist when they opened the next day and have it fixed. The next morning i received a call from the man that owns this flower shop telling me that what I see online is not what I get, then found out the he called my daughters work where they were supposed to be taken to and then called my daughter!! How is this okay?? Never will use this florist again and will make sure that the word gets out because what he did was so very wrong, thank you for making my 19 year old daughter feel bad about getting flowers

When my mother passed, the nice people at Murphy were comforting to work with. There is a family feeling with the business and you are treated like a person and not a customer. They know their business, answered every question I had, and guided me through the process which culminated in a beautiful, dignified service. Thank you David, Donna, and staff for your professional, family-type treatment during such a difficult time in our lives.

I wish I could rate them 10 stars! Without giving too much detail, let's just say they had a challenge because the deceased family member had to be flown to another state. And, the prepaid burial spot in that state had some scandal that could have made it difficult to fulfill a promise to the deceased. Well, that wasn't going to deter Murphy Funeral Home. They got everything straightened out and made all the arrangements. The whole process went smoothly, and they made sure the deceased's family had no worries. They coordinated with the funeral home that was to receive the deceased. They ensured everything was as requested. The burial went beautifully. THANK YOU! David, Donna and Keith. You are FANTASTIC!!! and professional, friendly, and caring.

Genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed by the florist who delivered a sympathy bouquet. After handing me my flowers, I was asked to hear a bit of "advice" from him. He proceeded to show me - and the other people in my home - the entire invoice from the person who purchased me the flowers, showing me and my friend how much the person paid and then he read the note out loud, not knowing if it was personal or not. He complained that the flowers were ordered online and that I needed to inform the buyer that meant they were ripped off and that he did not receive the full amount they paid because other people handled the order before he received it. I would like to think that someone who has been in business as long as this man seemingly has would display more courtesy by not lecturing the person receiving the flowers (he didn't seem to notice that they were sympathy flowers, so perhaps he did not realize that I am ill?) and certainly not by showing them how much the person who purchased the flowers paid!
