Excellent array of new high-tech machines and plenty of dumbbells and barbells (and chalk!) for the old school knucklehead powerlifters like me. Everybody at the facility was very friendly and helpful. What a fabulous gym!

Very nice, clean, well kept gym with plenty to work out with. This was my second time my wife and I dropped in while visiting our family, will definitely return in the future.

Got a chance to stop by on my trip from Nashville! Cannon was super friendly and helpful, gym was well put together, clean, and the tracks were bumpin. Overall great gym!
