I love CVS in Martin Tn. They always have my prescriptions ready in a timely manner. I never have any issues with the staff. I’ve even had the Pharmacist call me at home to explain the drug interactions of one of my medications. Now that’s GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

TERRIBLE PHARMACY. Always slow. Always full of excuses. Not customer-friendly. Prescriptions take forever no matter when you go. Not sure how places like this stay in business with such poor service. If I could rate it lower I would.

They close a business for all the employees to go to lunch instead of going one at time. I waited 25 mins with my sick toddler for them to come back and they told me it would be 30 more min (for one antibiotic). When i told them i’ve been waiting for 25 min for them to open the business, the blonde with the glasses in scrubs was a complete smart-a$$. I cancelled the prescription and went else where. Miserable people shouldn’t be employed to work with the public. And whoever the manager is should realize sick people don’t want to wait an hour or more for the medication. Especially when you live out of the town.

I call my PHCP and asked that a prescription be renewed. Within 30 my minutes, CVS had it ready for me. I liked the ease of using the automated phone system in finding out that my script was ready.

Waiting here at 8:00am and still can't open up on time. They said that they're open but everyone's standing at the door waiting for them to unlock everything. The employees finally came and opened up the store and walked in. Then told us we have to wait even longer for them to get ready. So now we have to wait outside even longer.... Absolutely horrible management of the store. It's sad. Do better!!!

Rotation of lunch shifts could be arranged throughout the day to accommodate customers; however, that would involve planning which pusillanimous folks are unable to do. I am very dissatisfied with the pharmacy’s lack of consideration for its customers. If I could move my business to some other pharmacy, I would jump at the opportunity. Unfortunately, I am stuck!

I can't even give a rating of 1 to a pharmacy that runs out of pain medication. The government has so many restrictions on controlled substances that we can't get our medication until the very day it is due and then you are out for the next 3 days. This is what makes people commit suicide! When they are in so much pain that can't be controlled accept through the mercy of your company. My husband and I are both disabled and were forced to have to use this pharmacy after our insurance was switched because of being retired. I had a wonderful caring pharmacy that never in 20 years of using them ran out of a pain medication. I have had cancer and over 20 surgeries including both knee replacements. It is all I can do to get out of bed and that can't be done unless I have my pain controlled. Shame on you! Shame on you! Is someone that works there taking the pain medication like they were when my sister was in the nursing home? This is just unacceptable! I would give anything to have my old pharmacy back!

I see why this pharmacy only has 2.4 ratings. Pharmacist Ally C is very rude and hung up the phone on me during our call today 1/12/23. She does not know how to do her job properly, on top of that she has the audacity to have a horrible attitude and tone. No one like this should be in charge of handling people’s prescriptions.

Staff where arguing over who should cover the window when I came in they could not fill prescription because of there system even after speaking to a physician luckily Walgreens in union city have took care of everything.

Absolutely would not recommend. Automated phone service doesn’t let you talk to a real person. Every time it would transfer to pharmacy in hopes to speak to someone, it would hang up. In order to get medication transferred to another pharmacy, the pharmacy you want it transferred too has to call them and tell them you want it transferred. I’m standing right in front of you, telling you I want it transferred, and you won’t do it. Thanks for creating more work for everyone involved. Thank you for being difficult and rude, because I won’t ever spend another dollar in any CVS again. And I’m recommending all my family and friends to never use any CVS again.

This CVS location in Martin has always been fast, respectful, and had each med ready when said and in stock when other local pharmacies did not. Prices do differ as do all pharmacies but I would rather pay the difference, whether it be a little more or a little less, to have better service and my meds on time and in shock. Thank you to a professional staff and great customer service!

Can I put a 0 for score. Worst CVS I have ever been to and I will be sure to tell my large family to go anywhere else but here! Pharmacist is rude and mean to elderly people…disgusting
