She was NOT PROFESSIONAL and was extremely CONDESCENDING & RUDE!!!!! She has NO business being in "customer service". Customer service is an OXYMORON to her!! She is COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!!!Debbie Jones, UTFCU CEO called me to discuss my experience.
