1. Serenity loved the coloring book set.2. The first time I went in Courtney was very giddy, giggley, over all very sweet. It really made my day so much better given I was already having a rough week and it was only Monday. She also made everything clear and understood about payments and pay off. They always answer the phone and are very polite. Yesterday I couldn't make it in to make the payment. I called to inform them what was going on and they assured me everything was gonna be okay and to keep them in the loop if I'm ever gonna be late. I came in today and made the payment quick and easy!*I know it's a now they are amazing!!! ?

I had the most pleasant experience in your Martin TN store. Shemecka and Jade were amazing. They made me feel like an important customer. They were knowledgeable and sooo helpful. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. I obtained a title loan. They set me up with customer portal to make life easier. I would highly recommend these two any day.
