“UPDATE: I had to go again. A different man was behind the counter. He took me straight to the product I needed, recommended another product that I would also need and was super friendly! THAT WAS SOME A1 CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!Very inattentive. Literally didn't answer the question I needed answered but pulled his own theory of what I was asking out of my question and was not helpful at all. And then didn't say anything when I wanted him to check codes on car, just stood behind counter as if he could give a fk less bout anything I had just discussed with him about my car. Like I interrupted his day or something.”
