By the far the worse pharmacy ever in the world was in line for an hour before the pharmacy closed and the line did not move. Finally when I get to the window they have a sign that says the pharmacist is gone but that is not visible until the window. Went in to talk to the manager who is completely incompetent to be leading a store and got no answers as to why even though we were in line an hour before closing that the line didn't move. Another older employee started making side comments about a situation she was not involved in. The best thing that can happen is this store be closed down. I'm calling corporate on Monday because the wait is an every time experience

Less than 1 star. They owe me $200.00 bc pharmacist initials LLD refused to bill my prescription card. I usually a local independent, the best! My husband went to Walgreens bc our pharmacy was closed and not realizing that Walgreens closed at 6 but we were there by 5:45. The pharmacist told us my prescriptions were not covered under my BC/BS state of TN ins. WHY? Because she didn't want to take time to build in my information and bill correctly, she wanted to go home, even tell us that we should have our prescription filled at a 24 hour pharmacy 30 miles away. I was at home with a 104 temp and all my family wanted to do was to get my prescription back to me. This insurance billing error has cost me $200.00. This has been going on since 9-10-22. with Walgreen Danville and Walgreen Corporate giving me the run around. Let me add I worked in a pharmacy for 25 years and it doesn't take 2 months to rebill a prescription.

Zero stars. Long wait time , poor customer service. Call away, if you want the pharmacist to hang up on you. Prescriptions not ready days later after refill order. Full refill orders never complete, requiring multiple trips a week for your families medication. Poor communication about missing order items. The drive time and fuel cost is worth the trip to Tullahoma.

I went to get my medicine because the dr sent it to this Walgreens. I had got it there before. The person in charge of the pharmacy got smart with me. Very disrespectful. I won't be back and I'm going to transfer my family's medicines somewhere else. I don't know what their problem is but they need to fix it. Part of serving the public is being respectful and caring. Obviously something they lack in.

Today my mother and I purchased some gift cards here and somehow one of the cards was missing from the bag when we got to the car. We searched the car and retraced our steps to and from the store twice. Asked the manager on duty there about the situation and he reviews the footage "three times" and says the cards all went into the bag we carried out. I explained that I understand that but we simply do not have the card we paid for and it was in a small stack of cards so he can't be certain it was that card specifically. I asked if anything could be done about it and he basically said no insinuating that we were just trying to get a free gift card. I called cooperate and filed a report on this location and manager but honestly do not expect much at all to be done. Just terrible, terrible customer service.

As someone previously posted - Worst pharmacy in Manchester.That is absolutely correct and I've been a customer for years but the speed at which this location has gone down the toilet is amazing. The staff is terrible and the customer relations horrible. You can't speak to the pharmacist on the phone but they will keep you on hold for 30 minutes then hang up on you. If you value your health please go to Macrom's or even walmart. You are nothing but a pain to the Pharmacy team at walgreens.

Slow. Slow. Slow. I was in pain after getting my wisdom teeth out and we had to wait in line for almost an hour to get my medicine. Even tried going inside to see if that would possibly be faster, but it wasn’t. I’m about ready to switch pharmacy.

One star is 3 to many for this place. My daughter had 3 prescriptions. I dropped them off and was told 30 minutes. After being told 3 times it would be 30 more minutes I went inside to wait. Finally I got called up to get them and they only had 2 of the 3. Said it would be 5 days to get the other one. I had them send it to Marcoms Pharmacy that was closing in 10 minutes. Marcom's got it together and stayed over to make sure my daughter had her medicine.

They not only gave me antibiotics that have already been filled and said no refills instead of my birth control but when I called I got hung up on 4 times and then the guy that answered was no help at all just said well you can bring them back and speak to pharmacists but since they left I dont know what they can do ....really

This Walgreens is clean and well stocked. Employees helpful and kind. The pharmacy was very helpful in finding me another manufacturer of medicine that didn't upset my stomach.
