Please beware of the Verizon Russell Independent Store here in Manchester. My husband & I have owned 3 Glass Companies & customer service was our best asset. I've had a BIG problem with this store, they seem to care less about that important part of business. I was offered a promo on my S23 Samsung by them & now there is no paper to be found by them to have me prove this, so now they somehow lost my S23 & can't find it. So to make things worse, they want me to make monthly payments on my new IPhone. Just had to get this off my chest, didn't want anyone else have this happen to them. Skeeter Grinstead

Staff is incompetent, uninformed and dishonest. Added items and charged fees without mentioning. Almost rang me up for the wrong phone. Go to another Verizon store.

Terrible customer service skills, especially the bald blue eyed guy. I read they had a high turnover from another comment and I see why!! Go to ANY other Verizon store!! They do not care about you here.

I wouldn't recommend this store unless it's your only option. Seems to be a high turnover with the staff..... But I needed a goodCharger. I do recommend Joshua! He is highly knowledgeable and will treat you well

I think it is terrible that, since we are old people and changed to a cheaper plan, we are no longer eligible for a network extender. Borders on discrimination in my opinionWe need the extender to receive service due to where we live. So we went to change our plan back to be eligible for the network extender and was told we had to wait 2 weeks to change back. Pathetic! I also have been unable to access Verizon on my phone with our new password. My husband changed the password and was guaranteed it would work on any of our devices. Wrong! Come to think about it, in my opinion 3 stars was too many.

When I came in she helped me find a phone which was what I was looking for and told me the discounts I was eligible for and ordered my phone and told me of other items I had good discounts for like a tablet which I also ordered and I wasn’t looking for that but I am getting a good deal for.She was very professional and answered all my questions. I could not have asked for a better person to help me.

Kel and Morgan are super sweet and help everyone so well. I’ve been to this location several times for different reasons, our last visit was to swap from our Samsung to new IPhones, we were there for a few hours (just because we had to transfer everything from one phone to the other ), multiple people came in which several of them were older and just couldn’t figure out their phones, they never lost patience and helped them including us every step of the way!
