Drove an hour from Nashville to apply for a passport as it’s hard to find an appointment quickly in the city. First time applicant. I arrived about 30 minutes earlier than my appointment because I gave myself more than enough time to get there. The attendant was so kind and helpful and helped me as soon as I walked in. I was in and out with no problems. Definitely worth the drive down if you are needing to get your application submitted quickly!! 10/10 service!

Lived here for eight months and have had four valuable envelopes and or packages go missing with no explanation. Never received them. This is the worst postal service I’ve ever endured.

What happened to customer service? There is no reason to be rude. What happened to mail being delivered in all weather? If the other delivery services can get it together why can’t the usps that we have to deal with.

The picture below is just a small example. This is how they treat w2 and important mail in Manchester tn.Negative 5 stars! This is THE most incompetent, rudest, slowest office and people I’ve ever come in contact with! At what point does something change? How many many more thousands of people have to endure this from this place? Just because it’s a federal agency they have complete rule and dictate who gets mail when and at what speed.There is NEVER more than 2 people inside at the desk and usually just 1. The postmaster is the most unprofessional hateful person I’ve ever met as well as most of the staff who even speak ill of him to the general public.My mail has been shoved in my box, broken, damaged, at times almost unremovable from the mail box itself.I order feeder insects for my reptile… I can’t count the hundreds of dollars and countless thousands of insects I’ve lost simply because…. They don’t want to touch it ?♂️.Our entire town complains about this office almost daily and definitely weekly. I have had to repeatedly fill out forms, change from P.O. Box to street address, physically go and pick up packages, etc. I believe my family and I are being punished and targeted for speaking out about this and it’s one of the many reasons people are leaving this town and can never get ahead. When you can’t even get simple mail in a timely manner without attitude and malice. I will be filing yet ANOTHER complaint with the main office as well as hiring a lawyer for all the broken, damaged, missing, and or lost items we’ve had over the past 3 years. I want my mail… plain and simple. Let the lawsuits begin.Funny Amazon, fed ex, ups, etc. gets it right every time, all the time. I pray for the day when the USPS is out of business for good. Absolutely worthless.

Been waiting over a month for a credit and debit card that keeps getting returned when it reaches the post office. And on top of that I found a random key in my box not in an envelope so I tried to bring it to the lady at the front desk but she yelled at me and told me to wait at the stop sign because she was dealing with someone. I didn't need her assistance or nothing I was just taking time out of my day to do what I thought was right but then I got yelled at, terrible customer service.

Went to mail out package when postal worker looked at box she scanned it so fast it couldn’t read numbers . She rudely said as she picked up another box;”this is how it has to look!” Showing me a label. She was very condescending. I said I’ve sent it labeled this way before. We left and drive home reprinted label and as soon as I walked in she says “well looky here” in a rude voice. I said “it’s not about printing the label again it’s about how rude you were to me in front of others.”She laughed in my face and are you threatening me and I said im not threatening anyone but you’re rude.” She then laughs and throws my fragile package in cart. I said it says Fragile for a reason and she says that why you put bubble wrap around it! (Good thing I did because she slammed it) these employees are beyond rude. My mailman is great but those ladies in the post office need a class on customer service.

Employees are rude, they do not have walk in hours for passports like the website says. I don’t leave reviews unless customer service is just bad. They were very hateful and unwilling to help.

I'm here visiting Manchester and have used the post office a few times.The staff is warm and so polite.They are an efficient bunch and pleasant to interface with.I'm finding Manchester is such a friendly place. Thanks for helping me return stuff!!
