If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely the worst people to deal with, namely Marie McDonald one of the tellers at the bank, older white lady. I have never had an issue paying my house payment until about 5 months ago, and there is constantly an issue when I go to do it. First it was paying it with my debit card because I have a different bank for my checking account, then I need multiple forms of I.D., the first 3 times I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes each time, so I started paying cash, then when I pay cash she doesn't give my change back to me so I have to go into the store where she tells me she needs to know my employment, she needs my social security number and other information. I have had this mortgage with this bank for the past 20 years and never had an issue until now for absolutely no reason. 10/10 would not recommend this bank, I am not the only one with this experience, it is mainly because of the older white female teller named Marie McDonald. They do this so I will incur late fees. I've never had an issue until now, she is the issue. Steer clear from these corrupt people and this bank entirely.

Great branch, good folks and makes you feel like they know you and are part of their family.Unfortunately, US Bank is a pretty work company headquartered in, where else, Minnesota, and has a pretty sad record when it comes to reflecting the conservative values of the folks in a community such as ours.If you are really concerned about corporate responsibility and supporting conservative organizations, then US Bank is not the bank for you.

Truly a horrible bank instead of charging a one time fee for a negative balance they charge 36 dollars every day and don’t care at all bad enough some of us including me barely scrape by living paycheck to paycheck trying to survive and then something like this and especially not getting paid every week I am leaving this bank after putting up with this for so long

Why is it that I look up every US Bank in Tennessee and all lobbies are open walk-in. You can walk in without appointment, but Manchester, you must make appointment unless you are a business then you can freely walk in . This exactly explains what kind of management they have at this Bank

I walked right my two Banks where I bank at they took me right in no fuss no nothing.the only time US Bank cares about you if you got $10,000 in your account if you got less than 2000 they want even talk to you. Also the lady that kick me out cause of Covid-19 I seen her walk into Subway which had a drive-thru but she walk in order her food I am sorry this is 2FACE

This bank was dishonest about the length of a hold time on a deposit I made and gave me meaningless information and a worthless receipt at the time of my deposit. They did not notify of this; and because they still have no lobby hours (after the other banks have resumed them), and don’t answer the phone til 9:30, I was forced to call their 800 number, where a person somewhere told me my 2-day hold had been extended to 7. When the local branch finally did open, they didn’t apologize, just said their other department was superior over them. Needless to say I’ll be closing this account and transferring my business to a local bank with in-person service and a better attitude.

US bank is the worst bank ever. If they need some information about you, they just close your account without reaching you out at first. And then you need to call several times to their customer service to find out the problem. Most of the time it takes more than one week.

Small town feel... The tellers get to know you and use your name, often.

Wonderful experience. Patricia Pinegar and staff spent several hours with me solving a complex issue and I really appreciated it. Over the top service. A great example of US Bank at its best.
