BEWARE HE WILL TAKE YOUR CARD INFORMATION!& he's RACISTS At it's finest ! JUAN IS HORRIBLE he assisted us we left to put the money on card and come back to him saying he can't rent to us because it's a risk of fleeing I asked him fleeing where ? It's because we were BLACK he couldn't give us no explanation of why his mind changed it was very inconveniencing he snuck pictures of my card and tried charging it anyway ! For $600

This place has bad customer service. When the manager asked one of the employees to dispatch the car she stated "I rather not" in front of me . I parked my car and came back to grab the rental.

Pick up the U-Haul. I chose they had it ready to go the service staff was excellent and return was just as easy I highly reclaimed the forks at the Manchester store ??

Personally used this Uhall location about 3 times in the past 2 years. Never had an issue.Able to pickup and return after hours which is convenient. Was prompted to write this review because I had a billing issue, but after called the team and manager were very responsive and quick to resolve the problem within minutes. Which helped alleviate some stress from the move.Thus 5-starts for the last time I'll be using this location unless I move back into the area!

It was just a horrible experience since this morning when I was promised that I could pick up a truck before opening hours at 6 AM as long as i made the reservation ahead of time. I took an Uber from home and got there at 6 AM sharp and there was one gentleman cleaning and prepping the trucks. When I asked him for some help regarding getting the truck with reservations already made for 6 AM he said I just have to check in online. I told him I already did that since last night and yet he said it should let me be able to choose the truck and get the keys and go. Since he didn't want to talk at all, I ended up just calling the U-Haul customer service which at that point it was now almost 6:30 AM and I was bounced around to 3 separate individuals from apparently 3 separate departments. Fortunately the last person I spoke to said the representative at this location in Koreatown didn't set up the reservation as a mobile pick up reservation where you can actually pick it up anytime without even making contact with an individual in-person. But it was a regular reservation to get checked in and get the truck in-person live during business hours. The rep over the phone told me unfortunately there's nothing they can do or that can be done other than just waiting until 7 AM when the store location actually opened. ***Very important to remember this......she told me when the location opens, I need to speak with the manager and escalate this issue. So regardless, I walked a block away to just sit in a café drinking some coffee and now you wanna know the best part? When I walked back at 7 AM, the individual that I first made contact with, that was initially cleaning the trucks and prepping them, ended up being the general manager of the location and didn't do squat for me other than have me there at 6 AM waiting around for one hour and being ran around in circles. What an outstanding U-Haul location (insert sarcasm).

Went there on October 19th for my reservation but this location didn't have the truck. I needed 20 foot truck but only 15 foot truck was available. I asked Melisso to help but she just kept saying you made the reservation on same date. Which wasn't the case, I made the reservation few days before. I told her I needed a bigger truck but she was just being mean. She even said bad words in Spanish. Can't believe people like that could work in customer service. Melisso, you need to get re-trained and learn some manner. You are a lunatic.

I was redirected to this location to pick up a 5x8 cargo trailer after the North Hollywood location told me that they did not have the one I reserved several week's prior. They are not located in the greatest part of town (Western and Venice), but I was treated professionally and curtiously by Juan (pick-up) and Paul (drop-off). I highly recommend getting the damage insurance for $8 per day, as it completely covered the mishap that occurred on the trip. Who knew backing up a trailer was so tricky?! Thanks, Mike

They kept asking me if I would return the truck early when I paid for 24 hours. I was also not able to reserve a dolly, but had to arrive early to secure one. THERE WAS NO LOCK OR RAMP. Is this normal??? I was also accused of damaging the truck. Luckily, I wasn't charged extra, but it was very unpleasant. I am definitely considering other truck rental companies in the future.

I was traveling from Tampa to Louisville this week moving my family. My wife’s vehicle happened to break down in Manchester along the way. I showed up and spoke to Brandon looking for a tow dolly, and when he didn’t have one in inventory he ran to another location to bring one back for me so I could get on the road as quickly as possible! He and his team bent over backwards and went above and beyond to help me and my family out of a bad situation and I will always be thankful. I highly recommend Brandon and crew for any rental needs, and while you are there check out his tint and detailing business! Every car I saw there was gleaming.
