The man working here was very rude and the hours are never what they say they are ? so unprofessional. Make sure to actually call since they can not get this together. Maybe be nicer as well.

Wonderful store, but highly unpredictable hours. Two of the three times I have come, when the door hours, Facebook page, and google information say they are open, they have been closed, with no change of hours sign on the door or any other indication. Plus, the phone number does not ring and goes straight to a full mailbox message, so you can’t double check before coming. I don’t think I will be back.

I purchased several items and when I got home noticed one item was missing. I could not get back to the store before they closed so, I called and a man told me he reviewed the camera footage and didn’t see the item that I was speaking about even though it was on my receipt. I was just visiting town and thought I had found a cute place to shop, but will not be back. I spoke to some other people I know from the area and was told he has been the reason a lot of individuals have stopped shopping there. I would love to see my hometown have cute places to shop, but this is one I won’t revisit.

The city of Manchester is blessed to have this merchant. The owners are very sweet and considerate and most helpful. Warning.. once you enter, you will never want to leave.❤️

I love this shop usually, but on April 2nd, my sister and her friends all went to the shop. She said they pointing out some stuff they liked, and making jokes In between as teenagers do, and she said she thinks it was the owners husband that came up to them annoyed and said they had put a lot of work into the place so they can buy something or get out. So one of her friends who is respectful said she was planning too but changed her mind right there, and he again said they can buy something or leave. You lost me as and our family as customers, and all of their parents as well.
