Bad hotel, with the worst manager I have ever met Ashlynn. It's been a few months since I spent one miserable night here. I am still in the dispute process with my CC for this awful hotel. We originally booked multiple nights here through Expedia. We booked because they had an indoor pool (I am super sensitive to sun) and a Continental breakfast. The first room we were in, the bed was broke, and the TV didn't work. The second room was very run down. Tried to use the pool, it was down for maintenance. Went to get up for breakfast the next morning, it wasn't available due to an employee absence. Tried to find out when pool would reopen, got a reply full of attitude about it being the 4th so they couldn't say for sure. Tried talking to the manager and got the worst attitude ever. Tried to cancel the rest of our reservation to get a hotel with the amenities promised, and a room that wasn't falling apart. She told us to contact Expedia. Contacted Expedia, they contacted the hotel, where Ashlynn again blocked us from cancelling the remainder of our reservation. Went down to talk to her again, and check out. She refused to check us out, and told us it wasn't possible. That our receipt would just say the entirety of the reservation. That she couldn't even make a note that we checked out after one day. We asked her if she could write something to say the date we checked out. She said it was against policy. We are now in process of disputing it with our CC for the dates we did not stay because the pool didn't work, the breakfast wasn't available, the bed had been broken, the TV didn't work, we had already switched rooms and that room was crappy and dirty too. Literally had weird substances on the wall. Not at all what was advertised. Cherry on top of it all was how condescending, rude and down right crappy Ashlynn treated us. She even stood up to yell at me in front of my 3 year old. Oh, and to be sure, we called the hotel on what would have been the last day of our stay, and confirmed the pool was still closed. So it NEVER would have became available during our reservation. Choice one, sleep inn suites in Manchester, and Expedia have been absolutely no help. Please I implore you, look at the negative reviews of this hotel. Many of these reviews are complaining about the same issues. If I can save even one person, from going through the stress and misery this hotel caused my family, then all the time I took to write this would be worth it. Especially if you book through Expedia or any third party, if you are dissatisfied whatsoever, they will not help you. They will just refer you back to Expedia, who calls the hotel, who then denies the refund. It's a vicious circle.
Rooms: Broken, dirty, falling apart, walls peeling, chipped wood, weird substance on the walls.
Noteworthy details: The manager is a horrible human.

The best part was the kindness of the employees and location close to interstate, but shielded from noise. The rooms were clean but felt a bit humid/musky, a slight smell due to this. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch and then received a flat sheet and scratchy blanket. Gave up some pillows from the bed in order to not have to make the trip to the front desk for pillows. Overall, fine value.

This was an absolute NIGHTMARE of a stay. They don't have promised amenities. The pool isn't working. The guy at night told us it's been down for weeks. The day manager acted like it just happened. Told us they were waiting for the part and was rather rude about it. They couldn't tell us for sure when the part would come in, just that "it's supposed to be here." Then the girl who does the Continental breakfast called in, so no breakfast either. We were transferred rooms after arrival because the TV wasn't working in our first room and the bed was broke. The second room had a few issues, but were manageable. We went to check out early, to find a hotel that everything works in, not only did she refuse to refund us for the unused nights, she also said she can't provide us anything, not even a written note that says we checked out early. She stood up on me and raised her voice at me. At that point I definitely lost my temper. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The "Manager" during the day was so rude and as useless as a dust bunny on the floor.
Noteworthy details: Don't rely on the pool, breakfast or polite service. We booked because of good reviews. Now I highly suspect they aren't real.

We had a great experience. We met Ashlynn and I can tell you as someone who travel’s attitude is everything when checking in. Wonderful experience and great to deal with. Thank you!

On our way down to Flordia, stopped here last minute, two rooms- one w two queens & the other w one king. 3 young adult slept in the king size. Decently priced. Bedrooms were clean, beds and PILLOWS so comfy! Our room was above the pool so a bit of a pool smell, but not bad. Breakfast is from 6-9 we got there by 8- food was very good for hotel food. I had hard boiled eggs, cinnamon waffles, biscuits and gravy and coffee and orange juice. Saw a lot of people w dogs here! 8/10 recommend for a single overnight stay. We did not try the pool area though.
Food & drinks: Very good for hotel food in my opinion!

Very nice accommodation, service was excellent. Loved the bed and the pillows. The staff was so helpful and sweet. I would like to make a suggestion that you put in higher stools in the bathroom, for us older people it's hard to get down that low, lol a rail could help also. Other than that I would recommend your place with high standards, thank you for welcoming us.
Rooms: Cozy and comfortable ?
Walkability: Several places around to walk too, shopping, dining, nice to get out and stretch.

I travel for my job and for the most part the staff tries to keep me at the end of the hall. But when they are full it's hard . And I've never understood how people can be so disrespectful. Slamming doors at all hours . First off why in the hell would a hotel put a door on that when it slams it vibrates the mirror on the wall and the head board on the bed . The door needs to have a spring on it that right before it closes it catches and DONT SLAM . It also comes down to people Don't have respect anymore . Not everyone who stays in hotels are on vacation. Some of us travel for work.

Stayed here last year. Luke likes it and is familiar with the grounds available. Room was great, so was breakfast. Big footsteps upstairs made Luke bark this morning but it really wasn't a problem. We were going to try Holiday inn Express, but when we mentioned the dog they immediately said they were out of rooms. Sleep Inn took us in right away. Simple check in as we had been here before and will definitely not hesitate to stop here again.
