FINAL UPDATE...Jan 24 2023 it began NOVEMBER...Finally the leak is not the Drsin tubes as Rob's auto body said and charged me for.Ford Auto body here in Virginia diagnosed it with needing an entire new sunroof because the seals were rotted away.Moto is perfect on sunroof as I used it maybe 10 x in 17 yr.I asked Chris at Rod's on the first visit if it was the seals and he said it's always the drain tubes!Had it been correctly diagnosed initially it would have saved my interior from being flooded continually since November!!!!!Ford Auto body in Virginia where I live replaced the sunroof now I'm waiting for the appraisal for a detailed cleaning including upholstery, to be approved by Geico.It's been 2 weeks and it's rained and no flooding!Thank Jesus this nightmare is over.My brother who lives in Manchester TN told me it was the seals and that's why I mentioned it to Chris at Rod's Auto body.Looking back even my brother agrees I was dismissed by Chris because I'm female.God forgive him.He's caused me money and further damage I'm not really positioned to pay.SHAMEFUL BUSINESS.-------------------------Original postNovember 27.While visiting family in Manchester my interior flooded after rain.I'm the original owner of my 2006 Saturn Vue with Only 34k miles because I've babied it. It has a sunroof.Chris said even before looking that the "weep tube was popping off".So he fixed the weep tube.10days later when it rained, it flooded again.He said he'd "make it a permanent fix the second time ."Well I came back to Virginia and it's flooded again!!! Third time.Geico insurance is NOT even charging me another deductible because It wasn't properly fixed nor water tested to see Where the water is coming from.Now it's under a cover waiting for Dec 12 when Ford can diagnose.Chris at Rod's didn't fix the issue.If he water tested it with a hose he would have seen all sources of water intrusion locations.

Theses guys are super friendly and excellent at thier profession. They have done great work for my family a few times and are always on top of what needs to get finished quickly with excellent craftsmanship. This is a no BS kind of business. They give it to you straight and fair. My wife and I are very pleased.

they did a wonderful job on my Jeep Renegade - i was hit in the back door & now - wow - all pretty & shiny & dent free - wonderful work - do not want to have to use his services - i like to avoid dents & accidents - but if something happens again - i know where i want my vehicle taken care of. very nice people too & they understand the ins & outs of the insurance world also.
