I am new to Manchester, Tennessee, I recently moved here from Colorado. As a night linehaul driver for FedEx Ground in Tennessee, I found it difficult to schedule an appointment to get my hair cut. I found Escape Salon while doing a Google search, reached out by phone, and made an appointment with one of the kindest people I've ever met, a lady named Allie. Howbeit, after scheduling my appointment Allie texted me to let me know she would have to move my appointment due to the streets being blocked for Halloween. Allie rescheduled me for another appointment that I would later learn was her normal day off. Not only did she do a stellar job cutting my hair, but she and her family are also new to Manchester where they have purchased land, have put roots down, and now Allie is excited to meet new people, build her clientele, and build a new life here in Tennessee with her husband and family. I honestly cannot give her a high enough recommendation to adequately express my satisfaction and humble gratitude for the great job she did cutting my hair but even more, for all she went through to make sure I had an appointment that would work for me!Thanks, Allie, so very much,Ellis
