John Roberts was one of the few dealerships in Middle Tennessee that was willing to negotiate on the MSRP of the Prius we bought. The communication was good before, during and after the sale. I would highly recommend purchasing from John Roberts. It was worth the short drive down to Manchester! Be sure to ask for Jake!

They had my tires rotated and oil changed within 1 hour. Water, coffee are free and vending machines snacks are offered. Very informative of work done.

I bought a 2024 toyota camry yesterday and it was the BEST experience. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. They make sure you are taken care of and dont just want your money. I drove an hour and half to come see them and I would do it 100 times again. Go see them if you need a car. You will not regret it.

Not only is their parts department with Steve and other committed to making sure you are safe. They are reasonable and respectful. Corporate was unwilling to help me. However I was brought to Austin who is a great sales person and did me the honor of helping me find a car I was more comfortable and happy with. If you want a new or used car and a dealership with a team you can trust this place is #1.
