I love this place!!!!! Patrick the service manager stays on top of every issue and stays informed of every detail that needs to be addressed. Jason is my Mechanic and always has a great attitude and is incredibly knowledgeable and talented at his art!!!! All the people in the service write up are wonderful and friendly and don’t mess around getting you in and out as fast as possible. I Love John Roberts Auto groups!!! Thank you everyone that works there!!!

I was met by a service representative immediately after I pulled in, he proceeded to complete my paperwork and I signed. The vehicle was promptly taken back to the mechanic. All the work requested was completed quickly and professionally. They didn’t add any unnecessary work or costs but they did a multipoint inspection and explained their findings.
These folks know how to take care of the customer!!
